Introduction

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the 3c444 platform, including the website at 3c444.pro, all related mobile interfaces, games, betting services, promotions, and any other products or services offered by 3c444 (collectively, the "Platform"). These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "you", "your") and 3c444 ("we", "us", "our"). By registering an account, making a deposit, or otherwise using the Platform in any way, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms in their entirety.

These Terms should be read alongside our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, which form part of the agreement between you and 3c444. To open and maintain an account on 3c444, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements. 3c444 reserves the right to request documentary evidence of eligibility at any time, and to suspend or close any account where eligibility cannot be confirmed.

• You must be at least 21 years of age. 3c444 enforces a strict minimum age policy and uses identity verification measures to confirm player age where required.
• You must be a natural person (not a corporation, trust, or other legal entity) and must be acting on your own behalf when using the Platform.
• You must provide accurate and truthful information when registering your account and must update your details promptly if any information changes.
• You must not be a current or former employee of 3c444 or any affiliate, nor an immediate family member of such an individual.
• You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract in your jurisdiction. By registering, you represent that you have such capacity.

Account Registration and Security

Each user may register only one account on 3c444. Operating multiple accounts by the same individual — whether under the same or different names, mobile numbers, or payment methods — is strictly prohibited and will result in the permanent closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any balances held within them.

Your Responsibilities

• You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any other person.
• You must notify 3c444 support immediately at [email protected] if you become aware of or suspect any unauthorised use of your account.
• You are responsible for all activity conducted through your account, whether or not such activity was authorised by you, unless 3c444 has been notified of a security breach in accordance with these Terms.
• 3c444 reserves the right to close, suspend, or restrict access to any account at its discretion, including where it reasonably suspects a breach of these Terms or where required by applicable law.

KYC Verification

3c444 may require you to complete identity verification (Know Your Customer, or KYC) before processing any withdrawal. KYC may require submission of a government-issued photo identification document and proof of the payment method used to fund your account. Failure to complete KYC within a reasonable period may result in suspension of withdrawal privileges until verification is successfully completed.

Deposits and Withdrawals

3c444 supports deposits and withdrawals via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, and Mastercard for players in Bangladesh. All transactions are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). 3c444 does not charge a processing fee on deposits or withdrawals from our side; however, your payment provider may apply their own fees — please check with your provider before transacting.

Deposit Rules

• The minimum deposit is ৳300. There is no maximum deposit limit for standard accounts. Deposits are credited to your casino wallet immediately upon confirmation from the payment provider.
• 3c444 only accepts deposits from payment methods that are registered in your own name. Deposits made from third-party payment accounts will be refused and returned where possible.
• 3c444 reserves the right to request supporting documentation for any deposit where there is a suspicion of fraud, money laundering, or violation of these Terms.
• Funds deposited into your 3c444 wallet are held solely for the purpose of wagering on the Platform and may not be transferred to other users.

Withdrawal Rules

• The minimum withdrawal is ৳500. Withdrawals may only be made to a payment method registered in your own name that has previously been used to fund your account.
• Withdrawal requests to bKash and Nagad are typically processed within five minutes. Bank transfer withdrawals are processed within one business day. 3c444 does not guarantee processing times as these may be affected by the payment provider's own systems.
• 3c444 reserves the right to delay processing a withdrawal pending completion of identity verification, investigation of a potential terms breach, or compliance with applicable law.
• Bonus funds and winnings derived from bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements as set out in the applicable bonus terms. Wagering requirements must be satisfied before withdrawal of bonus-derived winnings is permitted.

Bonuses and Promotions

3c444 offers various promotional bonuses including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, and free spins. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms of the promotion under which they are issued, in addition to these general Terms. In the event of any conflict between a specific promotion's terms and these Terms, the specific promotion terms shall prevail.

• Bonuses may only be claimed once per player unless the applicable promotion explicitly states otherwise. Attempting to claim the same bonus multiple times (e.g., by opening multiple accounts) is prohibited.
• All bonus offers have an expiry date. Bonuses not used within the stated validity period will expire automatically and cannot be reinstated.
• 3c444 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any promotion at any time without prior notice, provided that such changes do not unfairly disadvantage players who have already validly claimed the bonus.
• Welcome bonuses are available to new players making their first deposit only. Existing account holders who close and re-open accounts are not entitled to welcome bonus offers.
• Wagering requirements attached to bonus funds must be completed using real-money bets on eligible games. Not all games contribute equally to the wagering requirement — specific contribution rates are stated in each promotion's terms.

Game Rules and Fair Play

All games available on 3c444 operate in accordance with the rules published by their respective providers. By participating in any game on the Platform, you agree to be bound by those game rules in addition to these Terms. 3c444 is not responsible for the rules of games operated by third-party providers, but all providers on our platform are required to use certified RNG technology and to maintain independently audited RTP figures.

• In the event of a technical malfunction during a game, 3c444 reserves the right to void any affected bets and return stakes to players' wallets. Winnings resulting from a game malfunction are not payable.
• Odds and game outcomes displayed on the Platform at any given time represent the most current information available. 3c444 does not guarantee that all information is error-free and reserves the right to correct any obvious errors in stated odds or payouts.
• 3c444 does not offer credit facilities. All bets and game stakes must be funded from a positive balance in your account wallet at the time of play.
• Betting on sporting events such as BPL, T20 World Cup, and IPL cricket matches is subject to the specific sports-betting rules applicable to each event. In-play bets are accepted subject to availability and cannot be cancelled once confirmed.

Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 3c444 Platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and may result in legal action where warranted.

• Registering more than one account, or assisting others in doing so, for the purpose of claiming multiple bonuses or circumventing restrictions.
• Using any automated software, bots, scripts, or other tools to gain an unfair advantage in any game or on the Platform generally.
• Colluding with other players or exploiting bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities in the Platform's software. Any winnings derived from such exploitation will be voided.
• Engaging in money laundering, fraud, or any other illegal activity through the Platform, including depositing funds obtained through unlawful means.
• Threatening, harassing, or abusing 3c444 staff or other users through any communication channel, including live chat and email.

3c444 reserves the right to report any suspected illegal activity to the relevant authorities and to cooperate fully with any resulting investigation, including disclosing account information where lawfully required to do so.

Responsible Gaming

These tools are available to all account holders at no charge and take effect as soon as they are activated. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 3c444 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or interruption of service. 3c444's total aggregate liability to you in respect of any claim arising under or in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you in your 3c444 account in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

3c444 makes no warranty that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. 3c444 reserves the right to suspend or discontinue the Platform or any part of it at any time for maintenance, upgrades, or any other reason, without liability to you.

Changes to These Terms

3c444 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. When we make material changes, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page and, where reasonably practicable, notify registered account holders by email or via an in-platform notification. Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
